摘要
目的 探讨新生儿监护病房新生儿听力筛查的护理。方法 选取我院2013年3月~2015年3月96例新生患儿,按照就诊序列号的奇偶数分成对照组与观察组,两组患者均应用听力筛查,对照组患者应用常规护理方法,观察组在此基础上实施听力筛查护理干预,分析两组患儿听力筛查及护理效果。结果 观察组患儿单耳及双耳的初次筛查、监护42 d、监护90 d时未通过率均低于对照组;观察组患儿初次筛查通过率79.17%、护理有效率93.75%均高于对照组的66.67%、83.33%;观察组复筛率20.83%低于对照组33.33%,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 新生儿监护病房新生儿听力筛查护理具有效果。
Objective To investigate the nursing care of neonatal hearing screening in neonatal intensive care unit. Methods 96 cases of newborn children in our hospital from March 2013 to March 2015 were divided into control group and observation group. Two groups of patients were applied for hearing screening,the control group received routine nursing care, and the observation group was based on the implementation of the hearing screening nursing intervention. Analyze the effect of two groups＇ children with hearing screening and nursing. Results In the observation group,the initial screening,42 d and 90 d of the single ear and ears were lower than the control group. The initial screening of the observation group was 79.17%,nursing effective rate 93.75% were higher than the control group 66.67%,83.33%. The rescreening rate of 20.83% in the observation group was lower than that in the control group 33.33%,（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Nursing of neonatal hearing screening in neonatal intensive care unit is effective.
