摘要
目的 研究分析整体护理应用于心脏瓣膜置换术后并发急性肾功能不全的临床效果。方法 选取2013年5月~2015年5月收治的心脏瓣膜置换术后并发急性肾功能不全患者78例,随机分为两组,各39例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用整体护理干预,对比两组临床护理效果。结果 观察组住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 整体护理应用于心脏瓣膜置换术后并发急性肾功能不全患者效果良好,能够缩短住院时间,提高护理质量,促进患者恢复。
Objective To research the application of holistic nursing care in cardiac valve replacement and the Postoperative acute renal insufficiency. Methods We selected 78 cases of patients with cardiac valve replacement and the postoperative acute renal insufficiency in our hospital from May 2013 to May 2015. And they were randomly divided into two groups,each group 39 cases. The control group received usual care. Observation group used overall nursing intervention. Then we compared clinical nursing effects of the two groups. Results Hospitalization time of the observation group was significantly shorter than the control group. The difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher that of the control group. And the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Effects of holistic nursing used on patients with acute renal insufficiency and cardiac valve replacement surgery are fantastic. It can shorten the hospitalization time,improve quality of care and improve patients＇ recovery.
