摘要
随着TMCP技术的发展,通过合理设计合金元素含量和在线快冷工艺,可实现相变强化、细晶强化和亚晶强化,从而实现热轧卷板强度、塑性、韧性和可焊性的良好匹配。考虑到特殊品种结构对超快层流冷却速率的要求,太钢对2 250mm热轧生产线层流冷却区域进行了全线加密设备改造,通过采用密集快冷卷取温度控制技术,实现了高强度管线钢的减量化生产。
With the development of TMCP technology,through the rational design of alloy element content and online fast cooling process,the phase transformation strengthening,fine grain strengthening and subgrain strengthening could be realized,and the good properties match of strength,plastic,toughness and welding of strip/plate was obtained.Considering the special structure of the varieties of ultrafast laminar cooling rate requirements,laminar cooling zone in 2 250 mm hot rolling production line was reformed to intensive fast cooling and coiling in TISCO,the high strength pipeline steel reduction production was realized.
