摘要
高校教学评价是一种基于价值判断的实践活动,其涉及多元价值主体需要。在传统评价理论下,教学评价被认为是基于强势主体价值的活动,在评价观念上奉行管理价值至上,在评价的实践过程中由科学主义的评价范式主导。而在第四代评价理论视域下,教学评价被认为是一种包含了多元价值诉求的活动。文章从第四代评价理论视角出发,对现有高校教学评价制度进行反思,并在此基础上提出了关注多元价值、实现评价范式的转换的教学评价制度重建路径。
Higher education assessment system is one kind of practical activities with multiple value assessment. In the traditional assessment theory, education assessment is targeted at management values and is under great influence of science in assessment template. However, in the perspective of the fourth assessment theory, education assessment is considered as an activity including multiple values appraisal. Therefore, the paper is aimed at reconsidering higher education assessment as diversified and putting emphasis on the multiple evaluation factors and a updated assessment template.
