摘要
面对师范专业自身的双学科专业性与专业实体化体制局限之间的矛盾以及当前国家教师资格证书制度改革的现实挑战,我国高师院校迫切需要积极探索、系统创新以学科为依托、以课程为纽带的教师人才培养模式,切实从教师教育学科群、课程群及教学团队建设等方面,全方位地为高质量教师教育项目提供强有力的支持,促进教师人才培养目标的多元化。
Facing the inherent predicament between undergraduate major entities system and the internal characteristic of teacher education, and the current challenges of national teacher qualification certification system reform, normal universities urgently need to actively explore and innovate the teacher cultivation modes based on teacher education disciplines and curricula, to strengthen all of the constructions of discipline groups, curricula and their faculty groups as the powerful support of teacher education programs, and to further promote the diversity of teacher education.
