麻黄提取物中抑制桑椹肥大性菌核病病原菌的活性成分分离鉴定 被引量:2

Separation and Identification of Active Ingredients with Inhibitory Activity to the Pathogen Causing Mulberry Sorosus Hypertrophic Sclerote Disease from Ephedra Extract

摘要 由桑实杯盘菌(Ciboria shiraiana)侵染引发的桑椹肥大性菌核病是发生最为普遍的一种桑椹菌核病,对果桑生产的危害极大,从植物中寻找有抑菌活性的物质用于病害防治,对保障桑果丰产和食用安全等具有重要意义。分别用17种中草药提取物对桑实杯盘菌进行抑菌活性试验,筛选出抑菌效果最好的中草药麻黄。进一步通过有机溶剂萃取、色谱层析等方法,从麻黄提取物中分离纯化出主要的抑菌活性化合物,鉴定该化合物为肉桂酸(cinnamic acid,C9H8O2)。用0.30 mg/mL肉桂酸处理桑实杯盘菌,60 h以内对病菌的平均抑制率保持在80%以上,半数抑制浓度(IC50)为0.118 mg/mL。研究结果提示:从麻黄中分离鉴定的肉桂酸具有开发成为新型、安全的桑椹肥大性菌核病防治药剂的潜力。 The most common mulberry fruit sclerotiniosis is mulberry sorosus hypertrophic sclerote disease,which is caused by Ciboria shiraiana infection and results in great harm to mulberry fruit production. Looking for the active substances with antibacterial activity from plants is of great significance to ensure high yield and food safety of mulberry fruit.The antibacterial activity of 17 kinds of Chinese herbal medicine extracts against Ciboria shiraiana was detected. Among them,ephedra had the highest antibacterial activity. By organic extraction and chromatographic methods,the main antibacterial active compound was separated and purified from ephedra extract,and it was identified as cinnamic acid( C9H8O2). After 0. 30 mg /mL cinnamic acid was used to treat Ciboria shiraiana,the average inhibition rate maintained above 80% within 60 h,and the IC50 of cinnamic acid to Ciboria shiraiana was 0. 118 mg /mL. The results showed that cinnamic acid separated from ephedra has the potential to develop a new and safe fungicide for control of mulberry sorosus hypertrophic sclerote disease.
