光伏企业氟氯元素在周边环境介质中的残留分析

摘要 光伏产业链中氟氯元素的产出和排放在水体、土壤、植物等环境介质中会产生一定的残留,因此对自然环境及动植物安全都会造成一定危害。光伏产业链中的氟氯元素产出主要集中在单、多晶硅片生产和太阳能电池生产环节。光伏企业排出的废气废水中的氟离子、氯离子含量是影响氟氯元素在水中残留的主要因素。氟氯产物在土壤中的残留与土壤介质参数、土壤周围的水体环境、土壤成分及类型等有关,企业规模、生产中氟氯元素的用量、生产水平以及废弃物处理工艺也会影响土壤中的氟氯含量。氟氯元素在植物体内的残留与植物种类、植物部位有关,企业规模、氟氯使用量、环境气象因素以及周围植物状况等也会产生影响。氟氯元素在水体、土壤以及植物体内的残留、累积具有一定的规律性,加强氟氯元素在环境介质中的残留分析,对指导废物处理及环境保护具有重要意义。 The production and discharge of fluoride and chloride from the photovoltaic industrial chain will leave some residues in environmental media such as water bodies,soil and plants,doing harm to the natural environment,animals and plants.In the PV industry,most fluoride and chloride are produced in the processes of making monocrystalline and polycrystalline wafers and solar cells.Fluorine ions and chlorine ions in waste gas and water discharged by PV enterprises are the main factors affecting the presence of residual fluoride and chloride in water.The presence of residual fluoride and chloride in soil has something to do with soil medium parameters,surrounding water bodies and the composition and type of soil.Enterprise size,the use of fluoride and chloride elements in production,levels of production and waste treatment process also affect the contents of fluoride and chloride in soil.The presence of residual fluoride and chloride in plants is related to the types and body parts of plants and enterprise size,the use of fluoride and chloride,environmental and meteorological factors and the distribution of surrounding plants are other affecting factors.There are some kinds of patterns in the presence and buildup of fluoride and chloride in water bodies,soil and plants.It is very helpful to guiding waste treatment and environmental protection to strengthen the analysis of residual flu-oride and chloride in environmental media.
