摘要
研究了复合悬浮剂的加入量为0.4%~3.2%.对醇基涂料的悬浮性、粘结性和高温抗裂性的影响规律。结果表明:加入一定量的复合悬浮剂比相同量的单一悬浮剂(锂基土或有机土)的效果更好。具体表现是:复合悬浮剂的悬浮性更好,涂料能维持72h不出现明显的分层现象;随着复合悬浮剂加入量的增多,涂料的悬浮性增强,但黏度升高,高温抗裂性下降。
The effect of composite suspending agent ( e. g., 0. 4% - 3.2% ) on the perform- ance including suspending property, viscosity and high temperature crack resistance of alcohol -based coatings is analyzed. The results show that the performance of the composite suspending agent is better than the single suspending agent (e.g. ,lithium-bentonite or Organic -bentonite) at the same dosage.The composite suspending agent shows better suspending prop- erty with no delamination occurred within 72 h, meanwhile, it can allow the resulted coatings to show improved suspending property, viscosity and high temperature crack resistance.
