摘要
实时监测磨矿机内装载量,使得磨矿作业在保证分级质量的要求下稳定平衡地运行是业界关注的重大课题;测定系统从原理、特性、方案和装置结构几个方面展开研究,解决了现有电耳侦听、轴承油压、振动间隙、负载功率、气压差等磨矿机装载量测量技术存在信息转换不可靠、难持续、难维护的问题,创新地运用激光测距仪,在排浆口激光沿筒体轴线立面射向机内物料面进行测距,根据机内矿料三维运动形态,设计获取静动态装载量与料高间稳定对应关系的测量方法,并设置过滤原则处理信号,排除料雨干扰,实现磨矿机内料稳定可靠测量,为磨矿作业的节能降耗打下了基础。
The real--time monitoring of the loading capacity of grinding machines, and making the grinding operation stable operate un- der the guarantee of the grading quality is the major subject in the industry. Research is carried out from the principle, feature, program and device structure. It solves the problems of unreliable transformation of the information and difficult maintaining of the equipments on electric ears listening, bearing clearance, oil pressure, vibration, load power, pressure difference and other load measurement. At the slurry dischar- ging port, laser shoot at the material surface along the axis of the cylinder body. According to the aggregate 3D motion morphology, it de- signs to obtain the measurement method of stable corresponding relationship between material high and loading capacity of static and dynam- ic. It set the filter principle to exclude interference of material rain. It realizes the direct measurement of material of mill, and lays the founda- tion for energy saving and consumption reduction of grinding operation.
