连续纤维增强热塑性复合材料热变形性能研究进展 被引量:8

RESEARCH PROGRESS IN THERMOFORMABILITY OF CONTINUOUS FIBER REINFORCED THERMOPLASTIC COMPOSITES

摘要 连续纤维增强热塑性复合材料(CFRTP)是国际上复合材料的研究热点。介绍了连续纤维增强热塑性复合材料的热变形方式及原理,对比分析了CFRTP热变形实验和数值模拟方法,探讨了影响CFRTP热变形及制品质量的因素,并对CFRTP热成型研究方向和发展前景进行了展望。 Continuous fiber reinforced thermoplastic( CFRTP) is one of the hot topics in international composites. In this paper,the thermoforming theory is briefly reviewed. And previous studies on experimental methods and simulation models of CFRTP thermoforming are compared in detail. Also,the influencing factors on the thermoforming of CFRTP are analyzed and the research directions of thermoforming of CFRTP in future are pointed out.
