射流偏转板伺服阀的设计与实现 被引量:7

摘要 根据伺服阀的使用特点,提出了一种燃油介质的射流偏转板伺服阀。简述了其结构及工作原理,并对伺服阀的输出性能进行了测试,结果表明研制的射流偏转板式伺服阀具有良好的静态特性。 According to the characteristics of the electro-hydraulic servo-valve, a deflector jet electro-hydraulic ser- vo-valve used to the fuel-oil system is designed. And the structure principle and the working principle of the deflec- tor jet electro-hydraulic .servo-valve are mainly described, and the performance of the deflector jet electro-hydraulic servo-valve is tested. The results show that the deflector jet electro-hydraulic servo-valve can meet the performance requirements.
