摘要
介绍了机械扩径原理和传统的扩径头加载方式。根据扩径头的工作特性,提出了一种创新型液压加载装置,克服了传统加载方式的缺陷,能够真实地模拟现场工况对扩径头进行加载。根据扩径头加载实验的特定要求,对该实验装置的液压系统进行了设计。通过对原理和功能的分析,表明该液压系统能够满足加载实验的要求,并具备节能、高效等显著优点。该加载实验装置的设计为扩径头的研发改进提供了一种有效的实验手段。
The principle of mechanical expanding and the traditional loading methods for expander tool are intro- duced. According to the working characteristics of expander tool, an innovative hydraulic loading device is pro- posed to overcome defects of traditional loading methods and be used to load on the expander tool to veritably simu- late the spot status. According to the specific requirements of the loading experiment for expander tool, the hydrau- lic system of the experimental device is designed. Through the analysis of the principle and function, the result shows that the hydraulic system can meet the requirements of the loading experiment, and has remarkable advanta- ges, such as energy-saving and high efficiency. The design of the loading experimental device provides an effective experimental means for the research and improvement of expander tool.
