摘要
我国多校区大学的发展有独特而深刻的社会背景,是高等教育全球化、大众化的必然趋势。目前我国多校区大学形成了"以条为主、条块结合"型管理模式、"以块为主、条块结合"型管理模式和"条块复合"型管理模式。借鉴国外经验,遵循因区制宜、因时而异原则,正确处理集权与分权的矛盾,运用先进的管理理念,不断创新我国多校区大学管理模式。
As an inevitable trend of globalization and popularization of higher education,the development of multi-cam-pus universities in China has its unique and profound social background. At present,three typical modes have emerged, namely,strip-dominant strip -block combination,block -dominant strip -block combination,and strip -block com-pound. Learning from foreign experience,we should follow the due conditions with flexibility to correctly handle the contra-dictions between centralization and decentralization,and adopt advanced management concept to promote the innovation in our multi-campus universities management mode.
