摘要
目的:加强医院内部信息整合,推动医院内部各个职能科室在管理上的协同配合,推动医院管理的规范化、流程化、数字化,有效地提升医院行政管理效能,更好地为医院的经营和管理服务。方法:根据医院内各部门的需求,基于浏览器/服务器(Browser/Server,B/S)架构设计移动办公自动化(office automation,OA)系统,实现业务整合和信息共享。结果:该系统已在江苏省中医院上线使用,各种功能被不断优化和完善。结论:该系统提高了员工的工作效率,实现了医疗及管理等各类信息高效率交互。
Objective To strengthen the intra-hospital information integration and coordination between the departments of the hospital so as to promote the standardization, streamlining and digitalization of the hospital management. Methods A mobile office automation(OA) system was developed to realize business integration and information sharing, with the considerations on the requirements of all the departments and by using B/S architecture. Results The system was on trial in Jiangsu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, with the functions being optimized continuously. Conclusion The system enhances the staff efficiency and implements effective information inter-operation for medical service, administration and etc.
