摘要
电力变压器作为电力设备的枢纽具有重要的作用。变压器器身的振动信号含有丰富的运行状况信息。文中设计了基于DSP的多路振动信号采集板和基于C语言的上位机软件,利用该系统能够实时准确地采集到变压器器身各部位的振动状况;同时在上位机软件上利用小波包分析对变压器振动信号的频段-能量分布进行分析,可以提取变压器故障诊断的判决特征值。
A power transformer as the hub of power equipment plays an important role, and the vibration signals ofthe transformer body have rich transformer' s operation status information. This paper designed the multi-channel vi-bration signal acquisition board based on DSP and the PC software programmedlect each part of the transformer body' s real-time vibration condition correctly ;et is used to analyze the frequency bands-energy distribution of the transformer'tures of the transformer fault diagnosis can be calculated effectively.
