摘要
目的探讨复合手术治疗下肢动脉硬化闭塞症的手术方式及临床疗效。方法回顾性分析本院2012年6月至2014年6月复合手术治疗24例下肢动脉硬化闭塞症的资料。结果无手术死亡,术后6个月踝肱指数(ABI)(0.82 vs 0.45)、跛行距离变化[(424±36.28)m vs(125±17.60)m]与术前相比有统计学差异(P<0.05)。术后6个月下肢动脉通畅率87.5%。12例合并溃疡或坏疽患者,经溃疡清创或截肢(趾)术,创面均愈合。结论通过对复杂下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者仔细术前评估,制定个体化复合手术方式,可以获得较好的治疗效果。
Objective To explore the efficacy of the Hybrid surgery for the patient with lower extremity atherosclerotic occlusive disease. Method The clinical data of 24 patients with atherosclerotic occlusive disease from Jun. 2012 to Jun. 2014 were analyzed retrospectively. Result There was no operation- related death. The differences of postoperative and preoperative ankle-brachial index（0.82 vs 0.45） and claudication distance [（424 ±36.28）m vs（125 ±17.60）m] were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. And the wounds of 12 patients with ulcers or gangrene healed after debridement or amputation. Conclusion Preoperative assessment and individual Hybrid surgery strategies for the complicated patients with atherosclerotic occlusive disease are important to receive effective results
