角膜移植术后抗排斥治疗进展 被引量：1

摘要 角膜移植术（keratoplasty）是指用健康透明的角膜组织置换病变混浊的角膜组织,恢复角膜的透明性和正常角膜组织结构的手术方法。角膜移植术是眼科重要的复明手术之一,也是眼科开口最大的手术,因此并发症发生的概率最高。自1906年由Zirm使用交叉压迫缝线法行部分穿透性角膜移植获得成功后,角膜移植术得到快速发展。随着人们对角膜解剖生理的进一步认识及手术技术的不断提高和完善,角膜移植术的成功率显著提高。
