摘要
"卓越教师教育计划"的提出,为地方高师教育教学人才的培养指明了方向。文章介绍了广东省韩山师范学院化学系在培养卓越教师计划中的改革与实践,包括加强学生基本教学技能的培养,调整学科专业课程设置,改革化学实验教学和开展教学技能竞赛等四个方面的内容。通过一系列的探索和实践,全面提升了学生的教学技能,提高了学生的教育教学能力,为地方高师实施卓越教师计划提供了一定的经验参考。
The outstanding teachers＇ education plan shows the direction for teaching personnel training of local teachers college. The reform and practice of outstanding teachers training plan in department of chemistry, Hanshan Normal University was introduced in the paper, including the strengthening of students＇ basic teaching skills, the adjustment of specialized courses, the reform of chemical experiment teaching and the development of teaching skill competition. The teaching skills and teaching ability of students were improved through a series of exploration and practice. The paper may provide a reference for the implement of outstanding teachers training modes in chemical majors of local teachers college.
