c-Cbl和Bcl-2蛋白在经典型骨髓增殖性肿瘤的表达及意义

摘要 经典型骨髓增殖性肿瘤(MPNs)指一类后天获得性体细胞突变引起的骨髓造血功能失调控并诱发一系或多系造血干/祖细胞异常增殖,导致外周血细胞数量异常增多,Bcr-Abl阴性的骨髓增殖性肿瘤,包括真性红细胞增多症(PV)、原发性血小板增多症(ET)、原发性骨髓纤维化(PMF)。但其大多发育成熟且功能正常,可伴有肝脾肿大及血栓形成倾向,在病程发展后期可有向白血病转化的可能[1]。虽然2008年世界卫生组织(WHO)修订的MPNs诊断中,JAK2 V617F已经被列为MPNs诊断的主要标准之一,它在一定程度上解释了该类疾病的发生,但它仍不能完全解释这三种疾病的发生,发展和它们之间错综复杂的关系。本研究旨在探讨c-Cbl和Bcl-2蛋白在PV、ET、PMF中的表达及生物学意义。
