分数槽永磁电机定子绕组双相短路电磁场与温度场分析

摘要 定子绕组短路故障是永磁电机电气故障的主要组成部分。以一台14 k W分数槽永磁节能电机为例,基于时步有限元计算方法,对永磁电机电磁场进行了分析计算,研究了分数槽永磁电机两相绕组相邻线圈短路对电机电磁场的影响。通过对电机内电磁场的变化,分析了线圈短路对电机输出性能、运行参数的变化规律。进一步对比分析了相邻线圈不同位置短路对电机运行状态的影响,并给出了引起电机运行状态改变的机理。最后,结合电机温度场的计算分析,给出了分数槽永磁电机两相绕组相邻线圈短路对电机温度分布的影响,所得出的结论对永磁电机故障分析与诊断具有重要意义。 The stator winding fault is the main part of electrical fault of permanent magnet servo motor( PMSM) . Taking a 14 kW PMSM as an example, the electromagnetic field of PMSM was calculated based on the time-stepping finite element method, then the influence of electromagnetic field of double phase short circuit of PMSM with fractional-slot winding was studied. The variations of the output performance and operation parameter of PMSM on double phase short circuit were analyzed by studying the changing of the electromagnetic field. In addition, the different location of the adjacent coil short circuit was further analyzed and the variation mechanism of PMSM running state was presented. Finally, the influence of the temperature distribution of PMSM with the adjacent coil short circuit was discovered combining with the calculation of the temperature field. The obtained conclusion was of significance on the analysis and diagnosis of the PMSM fault.
