摘要
人文精神在提升高职内涵建设、提高人才培养质量和水平、加强高职德育工作等方面具有重要的时代价值。当前,高职院校面临着严重的生存和发展危机,人文精神在高职教育的发展过程中日渐式微,具体表现在重专业轻素质、重数量轻个性、重理论轻实践、重利益轻责任等四个方面。高职院校应重视加强人文精神的建设,坚持以社会主义核心价值观为指导,构建现代大学制度,搭建政校企合作平台,努力加强校园环境建设,从而增强学校可持续发展能力。
Humanistic spirit is of great significance in promoting connotation construction,improving the quality and level of talent training and strengthening moral education in vocational colleges. At present, vocational colleges is facing serious challenges in both their survival and development. Humanistic spirit has tended to decline gradually in the development of higher vocational education ,which is manifested by an education focused too much on professional qualities, quantity of trainees, theories, and utility, less on literacy, individual personality ,practice and responsibilities. Therefore ,vocational colleges should attach importance to the cultivation of humanistic spirit so as to enhance their sustainable development, adhering to a development guided by the socialist core values, constructing modern university system, building cooperation platform for the government, the enterprises and the colleges and strengthening the construction of campus environment.
