摘要
采用超声波辅助萃取分析方法检测了织物树脂整理剂中的甲醛,探讨了萃取条件对萃取率的影响,实现了对织物树脂整理剂中甲醛的准确测量。实验结果表明,最优萃取条件为室温,时间20 min。在优化的实验条件下,对纺织助剂样品进行加标回收率实验,结果显示平均回收率达84%以上,相对标准偏差在4.6%~7.2%之间,可满足树脂整理剂中甲醛含量的检测要求。
The formaldehyde of textile resin finishing agent was tested using ultrasonic-assisted extraction process.The extraction conditions were optimized to obtain good test results.The test results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were room temperature,action time of 20 min and ultrasonic power of 150 W.The average recovery range was higher than 84% under optimal experimental conditions.The relative standard derivation(RSD)for different samples was 4.6%~7.2%,which can meet national standard requirements.
