摘要
采用顶空-气相色谱法测定地表水中松节油,并对顶空瓶的平衡温度、平衡时间,盐析效应和取样量等顶空条件进行优化,使方法在0.200 mg/L^4.00 mg/L范围内线性良好,方法检出限为0.037 mg/L。实际样品2个质量浓度水平的加标回收率为89.3%~108%,RSD分别为5.8%和4.8%。
A method was established to determined turpentine in water by headspace-gas chromatography.The test conditions such as vial temperature,vial equilibration time,dosage of Na Cl,sampling volume were optimized. The method shows good linearity from 0. 200 mg / L to 4. 00 mg / L; the method detection limits were found to be 0. 037 mg / L. Two mass concentration levels of the blank recoveries ranged from 89. 3% to 108%,and the relative standard deviations of turpentine were 5. 8% and 4. 8% respectively.
