摘要
鼻咽癌是我国最常见的头颈部恶性肿瘤，放射治疗为首选治疗方法，早期鼻咽癌可达根治效果。但临床上大多数鼻咽癌为Ⅲ-Ⅳ期，单纯放疗对局部晚期患者疗效欠佳。二维照射时代国际上已采用放化疗综合治疗作为局部晚期鼻咽癌的标准治疗模式。近年来，随着三维适形调强放疗的开展，放化疗综合治疗模式有了进一步的发展。本文就鼻咽癌综合治疗模式的研究进展作一综述。
Nasopharyngeal carcinoma is the most commonly malignant tumor at head and neck in China. Radiotherapy is often the first choice for nasopharyngeal carcinoma treatment, and it often gets relatively good cure rates for early-stage lesions. However, most patients are diagnosed in clinical stageⅢ-Ⅳ, and radiotherapy alone could not achieve good effect for these locoregionally ad-vanced lesions. In the dimensional irradiation era, chemoradiotherapy has been widely accepted as the standard treatment for loco-regionally advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma. With the development of intensity-modulated radiation therapy, chemoradiotherapy treatment model has made a new step of development in recent years. In this paper, we reviewed the research progress in multimo-dality therapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
