摘要
本文对承德某选矿厂的铁尾矿进行了磷矿物回收的浮选试验研究。对原矿进行了化学成分、主要矿物、尾矿粒度等性质的研究,其中尾矿细度为-0.074 mm质量分数占8.94%,主要回收矿物为磷灰石,P2O5质量分数2.11%。研究结果表明,在尾矿磨至-0.074mm质量分数占52.17%,pH=8.5,水玻璃用量900g/t,aw-01用量700g/t,矿浆质量分数为30%的条件下,采用1次粗选、3次精选的开路浮选试验,获得了品位为31.66%,回收率为84.58%的磷精矿,同时浮选尾矿中磷的质量分数降至0.34%,提高了铁尾矿中伴生矿物磷资源的回收率。
Flotation tests were conducted to recover phosphate minerals from the iron tailings in a beneficiation plant in Chengde.Study was carried out on the raw ore in ore properties,such as chemical composition,major minerals,size of tailings and others.The tailings in fineness of-0.074 mm content accounted for8.94% and the main recovered mineral was apatite whose P2O5 grade being 2.11%.The results showed that with iron tailings ground to-0.074 mm making up 52.17%,pH 8.5,amount of waterglass 900g/t,amount of aw-01 700g/t and slurry content30%,phosphate concentrate at grade of 31.66% and with recovery of 84.58% was produced by the open circuit of one roughing and three cleanings in the flotation tests.The content of phosphate in flotation tailings was reduced to 0.34%and the recovery of associated mineral phosphate resources in iron tailings was increased.
