摘要
针对传统开采工艺选择时存在的参数复杂以及客观性较弱等的不足,选取设备投资、运营成本、达产时间、可靠性、块度要求,设备效率作为评价指标,通过Delphi法确定各指标的权重系数,建立Delphi-TOPSIS法开采工艺选择评价模型。利用该模型对某露天矿3万t/d开采规模的开采工艺进行优选。研究结果表明:单斗铲-卡车工艺为最优开采工艺,且与矿山实际生产相吻合,说明Delphi-TOPSIS法用于露天矿开采工艺的决策是科学的。该方法显著地降低了权重确定的主观性,并具有原理简单、适用性强、计算简便等特点。
In view of the weak objectivity and complexity of determining parameters for selecting conventional mining technology,equipment investment,operation costs,production time,reliability,material size,equipment efficiency were selected as the evaluation index,the weight coefficient of each index was determined by adopting Delphi method and the evaluation model for optimizing mining technology was established according to Delphi and TOPSIS method.The model was applied for optimizing and selecting the suitable mining technology of an open-pit mine with the capacity of 30 thousand ton a day,research results show that shovel-truck technology is the optimal technology,which is consistent with the actual conditions.It is obvious that Delphi-TOPSIS method is scientific and accurate for determining the open-pit mining technology.The method greatly reduces the weight determination of subjectivity and has the advantages of simple principle,strong applicability,easy calculation and others.
