摘要
随着人们生活方式和饮食结构的改变,乳腺癌发病率呈逐年增加趋势,占全身各种恶性肿瘤的7%~10%,发病者多为女性,是一种严重影响女性身心健康甚至危及生命的最常见的恶性肿瘤之一。通过向乳腺癌患者进行系统的健康教育,可帮助其养成健康的生活习惯,促进和维持人体健康,改善预后、预防复发。本文将对乳腺癌患者的健康教育方式及内容进行系统的总结,并提出展望性意见,供临床工作参考。
With the change of people＇s life style and diet structure,the incidence of breast cancer is increasing year by year,accounting for 7%~10% of all kinds of malignant tumors,The incidence of women,is a serious impact on women＇s physical and mental health and even lifethreatening,one of the most common malignant tumor.Health education can help the patients with breast cancer to develop healthy living habits,promote and maintain human health,improve prognosis and prevent recurrence.In this paper,the health education methods and contents of breast cancer patients were summarized,and the prospect of the clinical work was put forward.
