摘要
由于传感器存在温度交叉敏感问题,导致精度下降,必须进行温度补偿. 主要针对应变式位移传感器的温度影响,采用数据融合的方法(即可变系数回归方程)对位移传感器输出进行温度补偿,减少温度对输出的影响.补偿前位移传感器的温度系数为6.12×10^-3/mV,相对误差为21.83%,补偿后温度系数为8.8×10^-4/mV,相对误差为 .补偿前和补偿后对比,位移传感器的测量精度提高了1~2 个数量级,表明该方法能有效削弱温度敏感.
Due to the existence of cross sensitivity strain displacement sensor, the measured value is easily affected by non-measurement target.Theremust be temperature compensation.In thepaper,we use the variable coefficient regression equation to deal with the output of pressure sensor so that we can reduce the temperature affect.Before compensation, temperature coefficient of the displacement sensor is 6.12×10^-3/mV, the relative error is 21.83%. After the compensation, the temperature coefficient is 8.8×10^-4/mV, the relative error is 3.14%,Measurement accuracy of pressure sensor is improved by 1 to 2 orders. The result shows that method can reduce cross-sensitivity effectively.
