摘要
鉴于人力资源管理专业实践性和操作性极强的特点,仅仅运用课堂灌输的传统教学法显然无法培养出合格的应用型人才。因此,在人力资源管理专业教学中应用情景模拟教学法显得尤为必要。情景模拟教学法具体直观、贴近实际、经济灵活、针对性强,可根据人力资源管理各个教学模块的实际需求设计相应的模拟情景,制定完备的操作流程。在实施过程中须注意一些问题,如发挥教师的统筹作用、模拟情景尽量与现实接近、情景任务设计要具有挑战性、调动学生参与的积极性和广泛性、尽量使用现代多媒体设备等,如有可能,还可以考虑班际间的合作。
The major of Human Resource Management is strongly practical and operational.Apparently we can' t foster qualified practical talents only by the traditional class teaching method, so, it' s particularly necessary to apply the scenario simulation teach-ing method on HRM education.The scenario simulation teaching method is specifically direct-viewing, close to reality, economically flexible, excellent pertinence, hence, we can design corresponding simulate scenario according to different teaching module in HRM class and formulate the complete operating procedures.There are several problems need to be paid much attention to, such as pla-ying the leading role of teacher, the true scale of scenario stimulation, the challenge scale of scenario task design, enhancing students' participation and trying to use more modern multimedia equipment.If possible, cross-class cooperation can be considered.
