摘要
建立了用闪蒸仪气化进样,利用中心切割法使MTBE醚化中间产物在Innowax柱和Al2O3/S柱上完全分离,并用标准物质定性,校正面积归一化法定量测定醚化中间产物的方法。结果表明,方法回收率为94.60%-108.21%,相对标准偏差为0.13%-4.38%。该方法分析准确,快速,简便,分离效果好,适合化工厂常规分析。
A method was established for determination of MTBE etherification product in the middle through sample by flash meter and MTBE etherification product in the middle on the Innowax column and Al2O3/S column complete separation with Heart-Cutting System. The method use standard material qualitative and quantitative by the area normalization method. The result showed the recovery of the method was 94.60 %~108.21 % and the relative standard deviation was 0.19 %~4.38 %. The method had the advantage of accuracy, rapidity, simplicity and good separation. It was suitable for factory daily analysis.
