摘要
试样以1∶1王水分解,用泡塑吸附金,以硫脲解脱,原子吸收测定;本方法检出限为0.03 ug/g,测定范围为0.03-6 ug/g,精密度(含量在0.3 ug/g范围)RSD%=5.40,准确度通过对两个国家一级标样和两个国家二级标样考察均满足地质找矿要求。随着地质找矿要求对金的的边界品位要求越来越低,由原来0.5 ug/g变为0.2 ug/g,根据我室近年来所做的金分析数据看,多数结果都落在原标准曲线零点和第一个点范围内,如果对标准曲线处理不当,就会造成系统偏差,制造异常假象,影响地质圈矿,本试验采用10 m L硫脲解脱,加密低含量标准点,提高了原子吸收吸光度,降低了原方法检出限。
Sample to 1∶1 aqua regia decomposition, use bubble plastic adsorption of gold, with thiourea liberation,atomic absorption determination; the method detection limit of 0.03 ug/g, measuring range to 0.03-6 ug/g, precision(Content in 0.3 ug/g)RSD %=5.40, accuracy of two national level the prototype and two national secondary sample investigation can satisfy the requirements of geological prospecting. As geological prospecting demands of the cutoff grade of gold is more and more low, from the original 0.5 ug/g to 0.2 ug/g, according to the analysis of my room in recent years data, most results are in the original standard curve zero and within the scope of the first point, if the standard curve of improper handling, system error will cause, fake anomaly, the influence circle of geologic prospecting, the experiment uses 10 ml thiourea liberation, encryption low content standard point, to improve the atomic absorption absorbance, reduces the original method detection limit.
