摘要
目的观察非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)中SOX2与survivin的表达情况,探讨它们在NSCLC发生和抗凋亡过程中的作用及相互关系。方法制作67例NSCLC和20例肺良性病变共87例组织的组织芯片,采用免疫组化技术检测SOX2与survivin的表达。结果 1SOX2、survivin在NSCLC中的阳性率分别为74.6%、71.6%,均显著高于肺良性病变组织;2NSCLC中SOX2的阳性率与患者的病理类型、分化程度、淋巴结转移及临床分期有关;survivin的表达与TNM分期有关;3NSCLC中SOX2与survivin的表达呈正相关。结论 SOX2可能参与NSCLC的发生、发展,并通过调节survivin的表达在抗凋亡过程中发挥作用,二者可作为判断NSCLC预后的指标,并很可能成为新的治疗靶点。
Objective To investigate the expression of SOX2 and survivin in NSCLC and their significance,and to discuss the correlation between SOX2 and survivin in the occurance and anti-apoptosis of NSCLC. Methods The tissue microarray was made up of 67 cases of NSCLC and 20 cases of benign lung lesion,and immunohistochemical method was performed to detect the expression level of SOX2 and survivin. Results The positive expression rates of SOX2 and survivin were 74. 63% and 71. 64% in NSCLC,respectively,obviously higher than those of benign lesion. In NSCLC,SOX2 expression level was significantly correlated with histologic subtype,differentiation,lymph node matastasis and TNM stage; survivin expression level was associated with TNM stage; SOX2 expression was positively associated with survivin in NSCLC. Conclusions SOX2 may be involved in the carcinogenesis and development of NSCLC; moreover,SOX2 plays an important role in anti-apoptosis by regulating the expression of survivin. They could be as valuable prognostic markers in NSCLC progression and likely to be potential therapeutic targets.
