摘要 建立了一种使用岛津超高效液相色谱仪LC-30A测定粮食中玉米赤霉烯酮的方法。实验结果表明:在浓度10-500μg/L内,校准曲线相关系数为0.9998;进样量2μL,仪器检出限为1.5μg/L,定量限为5μg/L。3个浓度下标准品的保留时间和峰面积的相对标准偏差分别在0.03%~0.15%和0.28%~1.71%;玉米样品平均加标回收率为92.7%-104.0%。 A method was established for determining zearalenone in grain by high performance liquid chromatography. The linear detection ranges of zearalenone were 10-500μg/L with correlation coefficients of 0.999. The retention volume of zearalenone was 2μL,the detection limit was 1.5 μg/L, and the limit of quantification was 5μg/L. The relative standard deviations of retention time and peak area under three concentrations were between 0.03% to 0.15% and 0.28% to 1.71%. Recovery rates in corn spiked with zearalenone were between 85% to 102%.
