摘要
本文分析了影响拉深成形性能的内部和外部因素。通过薄板拉伸试验,对1Cr13不锈钢板料的加工硬化指数n、应变强度系数k和厚向异性指数γ等主要力学性能参数进行测定,并详细介绍了参数的测定方法和数据的处理。最后将测定数据应用于软件中,通过模拟结果和实测结果的比较,对参数测定的有效性进行了验证。该方法可有效提高模拟软件的准确性。
This paper analyzes the inner and outer factors thai affect deep drawing performance. Through the thin plate tensile test, the strain mechanical properties parameters of ler13 stainless steel,including the hardeningexponent, the. strain hardening coefficient and the strain ratio of width and thickness, are measured, and intro-duced in detail the method for measurement of the parameters and the data processing. Finally the measured datawas applied to the software, through the comparison of simulation results and measured results, the paramelers measurenlenl of effectiveness is verified.This method can effectively improve the aceuracy of the simulation soft-ware.
