摘要
为解决飞机数字化柔性装配计算机控制系统与传统装配工艺间信息交互的问题,满足装配工艺中产品对象与装配资源的柔性要求,提出了一种基于本体理论的飞机数字化柔性装配工艺模型,首先结合本体理论构建了装配工艺本体,然后构建了装配工艺元本体,并针对工艺元本体中概念间的关系进行了详细的描述与分析,且最后通过本体构建软件Protégé实现了飞机数字化柔性装配工艺模型的快速构建与可视化。
In order to solve information exchange between computer control system digital flexible assembly and traditional assembly process for aircraft, an aircraft digital flexible assembly process model based on ontology theory has been proposed, which can meet the flexible requirements of product and assembly resource. Firstly, the assembly process ontology has been constructed by combining with ontology technology. Then assembly meta- process ontology has been presented and the relationship between the concepts involved in process meta-process ontology has been described and analyzed in detail. Finally, the rapid construction and visualization of digital lexible assembly process model for aircraft have been achieved by use of software Protege
