摘要
图书馆作为高职院校中重要的组成部分和文献信息中心，在推进高职院校教学和科研中的作用显得越来越重要。然而，由于贵州大部分高职院校图书馆起步较迟、起点较低、发展缓慢，在运行中还存在诸多突出的矛盾，如图书馆建设偏离高职办学需求、整体发展跟不上高职教育发展步伐、办馆效益低下、在规模化发展中忽视质量及盲目扩张等问题，明显阻碍了图书馆的利用价值。本文通过对比分析等方法，找出高职院校图书馆发展过程中存在的不足，提出相应的建议和解决策略，为高职院校的发展提供一定的参考价值。
As an important part and literature information center of higher vocational colleges, library is becoming more and more important to promote the teaching and scientific research in higher vocational colleges. However, due to its late start, low starting point, slow development in most vocational colleges in Guizhou, there are still many prominent contradictions in the operation. Library construction deviates from the needs of running a higher vocational college. Its development cannot catch the steps of the de- velopment of higher vocational education. The efficiency is low. Problems as neglecting quality and expanding blindly also exist in the scale development, reducing significantly the use value of library. In this paper, comparative analysis and other methods were used to find out the problems in the development process of libraries in vocational colleges, to put forward the corresponding suggestions and solutions so as to provide some reference for the development of higher vocational colleges.
