摘要
以简化的数据机房为对象,对冷通道封闭前后的热环境进行计算流体力学模拟,采用供热指数SHI和气流分布系数RTI两个热环境评价指标,分析送风口与服务器之间以及送回风口之间冷量损失比例。模拟结果表明,冷通道封闭及未封闭的RTI指标分别为1.0、0.50~0.85,未封闭SHI指标表明有热气流掺混;冷通道封闭能最大限度地将冷空气封闭在冷通道内,有效地提高了冷量利用效率。
Based on a object of simplified data center, this paper simulated the thermal environment with and without the cold aisle enclosure by computational fluid dynamics (CFD) software. Two evaluation indexes of supply heating index(SHI) and return temperature index (RTI), are used to evaluate the loss ratio of the cooling capacity between supply-air inlets and servers, supply-air inlets and return-air outlets. The simulation results show that the RTI with and without the cold aisle enclosure is 1 and 0.50 - 0.85, respectively. The SHI without the cold aisle enclosure indicates the hot air mixing exists. The cold aisle enclosure can ensure the cold air into the cold aisle as much as possible,which improves the utilization efficiency of cooling capacity.
