摘要
以硼酸为显色剂,百里香酚蓝、甲酚红为湿敏变色剂,选择不同的无机填料,制备了系列可逆湿敏变色材料,探讨了填料种类与配比对材料色泽、复色时间的影响。结果表明,甲酚红为湿敏变色剂,硅胶为填料,m(甲酚红)∶m(硼酸)∶m(硅胶)=1∶100∶150时制备的湿敏材料干燥色为鲜红色,在湿度为60%的环境中吸湿20min变为黄色,色泽鲜艳,变色敏锐。紫外-可见漫反射光谱表明,试样在吸湿过程中,λmax=522.5nm处的峰逐渐消失,而在428.5nm处逐渐出现新的吸收峰。TG-DSC显示样品在60~100℃、110~125℃有两次失重,出现两个吸热峰。
A series of reversible humidity-sensitive materials were prepared using different kinds of inorganic compounds as filler,boric acid as chromogenic agent,thymol blue and cresol red as humidity discoloration agent.The effects of the sort and the ratio of the filler on the color and color-recovering time of the material were studied.It shows that with cresol red as chromophoric agent,silica gal as filler and the ratio of m(cresol red)∶m(boric acid)∶m(silica gal)=1∶100∶150,the material exhibits a clear color change from red to yellow after having exposed to the atmosphere having a relative humidity of 60% for 20 minutes.The UV-Vis diffuse reflectance of the sample shows that the peak at 522.5nm is gradually disappearing,while a new absorption peak at 428.5nm is gradually appearing.TG-DSC spectra show that there are two mass losses and two absorption peaks at 60~100 ℃ and 110~125 ℃.
