基于正交设计法的刚性桩复合地基模型参数敏感性分析 被引量:3

摘要 刚性桩复合地基能很好地改善软弱地基,其中的褥垫层、承台、刚性桩、土和注浆体都能不同程度地影响复合地基的沉降变形.本文基于正交设计法,利用大型有限元软件ANSYS在工程实例的基础上进行了褥垫层厚度、褥垫层模量、承台厚度、承台模量、桩的长度、桩径、桩的模量、上层土模量、下层土模量和注浆体模量、桩距11个参数对复合地基最大沉降和承台差异沉降的敏感性分析.研究表明:刚性桩复合地基中的注浆体模量、上层土模量、桩径、桩距基数对复合地基最大沉降的敏感性显著,桩距、桩径、褥垫层模量、上层土模量基数对承台差异沉降影响相对较大,桩距、桩径、上层土模量对刚性桩复合地基变形计算结果的影响显著. The composite foundation with rigid piles can improve the soft foundation.Cushion,cap,rigid pile,soil and grouting body can affect different degrees of settlement deformation of composite foundation.In this paper,based on the orthogonal design method,by using the large finite element software ANSYS,the sensitivity analysis of the maximum settlement of composite foundation and the differential settlement of pile cap was conducted on the basis of project example with 11 parameters of the thickness of the cushion,the modulus of cushion,the thickness of cap,the modulus of pile caps,the length of the pile,the side length of the square pile,the modulus of pile,the modulus of upper soil,the modulus of lower soil the modulus of grouting body and pile spacing.The research shows that:the modulus of grouting,the modulus of upper soil,pile diameter and pile spacing in the composite foundation with rigid piles can significantly improve the sensitivity of the maximum settlement of composite foundation in a certain range.The pile spacing,pile diameter,the modulus of cushion and the modulus of upper soil can relatively greater impact the differential settlement of cap in a certain range.The pile spacing,pile diameter and the modulus of cushion have significant influence on deformation of the composite foundation with rigid piles.
