摘要
为了解决汽车空调关闭后的制冷剂流动噪声问题,本文采用一种简单易行的噪声客观测量方法,结合主观评价方法,得出噪声的频率范围并将噪声值定量化;然后基于六西格玛设计(DFSS)的方法进行了多个设计参数的优化,并得出了最佳的组合。最终的试验效果验证指出制冷剂流动噪声问题得到了解决。
In order to solve the refrigerant flow noise problem after the automotive air conditioner is turned off, a simple and practical objective measurement method combining with subjective evaluation method was adopted to obtain the noise frequency range and quantify the noise value. Then based on Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) tool, several design factors were optimized and the best design combination was obtained. The final validation result shows that the problem of refrigerant flow noise was solved.
