摘要
技能型人才是知识经济时代的生产主力。建设现代林业,需要大量的林业技能型人才。我国林业人才工作虽然取得了显著成绩,但仍存在着如.总量严重不足、培养方式陈旧、技能型人才成长环境不佳、在岗继续培训教育不足、高技能人才培养步伐缓慢等诸多问题。如何加强现代林业新模式下技能型人才的培养,关系到我国未来林业的发展。对此提出了5点建议:加强林业技能型人才培养的顶层设计;创新林业技能型人才培养模式,面向林业产业需求培养人才;加强培训的基础建设,提高技能人才实操能力;完善评价体系和激励政策;围绕竞赛提升员工主动培训的积极性。
Skill-oriented talents are major force in knowledge-economy times. Construction of modern forestry needs a large amount of skilled talents. Although great achievements have been made in cultivation of skilled forestry talents which contributes a lot to forestry, problems still exist such as inadequacy in talent quantity, old cultivation mode, worse growing environments for skilled talents, and inadequacy in on-the-job training and slow development in highly skilled talents cultivation. Cultivation of skilled talents under modern forestry mode is a matter that can affects the development of forestry in future. Some suggestions concerning this issue was proposed by the author as that enhancing top-design about cultivation of skilled talents, innovate cultivation mode which is more oriented to demand of forestry, enhancing construction of infrastructure, prompt practice ability of the talents, complete evaluation system and incentive policy, and increase voluntary involvement of forestry staff in skill training.
