介绍了起泡葡萄酒的概念、工艺,概述了我国起泡葡萄酒研究与生产现状及存在问题,对我国起泡葡萄酒研究与生产方向提出了建议。
The concept of sparkling wine and enology were introduced, and status and problems of research and production of sparkling wine in our country were outlined, finally the proposals of direction of study and production of sparkling wine were put forward.
