摘要
针对目前森林防火信息化建设门类众多、各成体系、缺乏统一的技术平台、不能实现交互使用和最大程度的优化整合,提出了构建森林防火实战指挥一体化神经系统,以森林防火指挥调度平台为大脑,通信链路为神经网络,多元数据采集为神经末梢,将数据采集、传输、分析、反馈等各个环节有机融合,提高森林火灾的应急处置能力。
At present, forest fire prevention information construction variety on the system. It is lack of unified technology platform. It can't implement interaction and optimized integration to the greatest extent. We proposed to build the integration of forest fire prevention of actual combat command nervous system, forest fire prevention command scheduling platform as the brain, as neural network communication link, multivariate data acquisition as nerve endings. It will be the data collection, transmission, analysis, feedback and so on each link of organic integration. Purpose to improve the emergency disposal ability of forest fire.
