摘要
学习型组织管理是当今世界最前沿的管理理论之一,自上世纪90年代中期后就得到越来越多的关注。笔者从疗养院创建学习型组织的实践出发进行分析探讨,介绍了其在营造氛围、搭建平台、针对特点、创新形式等方面的做法和成效,并就如何进一步深入推进提出几点粗浅认识。
Learning organization management is one of the world＇s forefront management theory,and then get more and more attention since the mid- 1990 s. Starting from the practice of a to create a Sanatorium learning organization analysis,this paper introduced a sanatorium＇s practice and effectiveness how to create its atmosphere and build a platform on the basis of its features and innovative forms,and puts forward some points on how to further promote the understanding.
