摘要
目的:观察强脉冲光420 nm联合560/590 nm对痤疮患者炎性皮损和痤疮后红斑的疗效。方法:将44例痤疮患者随机分为两组,治疗组(22例)采用强脉冲光420 nm联合560/590 nm治疗,对照组(22例)仅用420 nm治疗,比较两组治疗疗效及患者满意度评价。结果:两组炎性皮损治疗后总有效率分别为81.8%、77.3%,差异无统计学意义(x2=0,P<0.01);治疗组痤疮后红斑治疗总有效率(86.3%)明显高于对照组总有效率(54.5%),差异有统计学意义(x2=3.93,P=0.047);治疗结束后1个月随访,治疗组和对照组对整体疗效的满意度分别为90.9%、63.6%,治疗组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(x2=4.66,P<0.05)。治疗过程中未见严重不良反应。结论:强脉冲光420 nm联合560/590nm治疗痤疮对患者的炎性皮损和治疗后红斑均有明显的改善作用,值得临床推广应用。
Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of intense pulsed light( IPL) 420 nm filter combined with 560 /590 nm filter in treating inflammatory acne and acne erythema. Methods: A total of 44 cases of acne were recruited for the study and randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group( 22 cases) were treated with IPL 420 nm combining with 560 nm /590 nm,while the control group( 22 cases) only treated with IPL 420 nm,the clinical efficacy and patient’s satisfaction were analyzed. Results: The effective rate of two groups in inflammatory lesions was 81. 8%and 77. 3%,respectively. The difference has no statistically significance( x2= 0,P 〈 0. 01). The effective rate of acne erythema in the treatment group( 86. 3%) was significantly higher than that in the control group( 54. 5%,x2= 3. 93,P = 0. 047). 1-month follow-up after treatment,the overall satisfaction rate of the treatment group and control group were 90. 9%,63. 6%,respectively. The difference between two groups was statistically significant( x2= 4. 66,P 〈 0. 05). There was no serious adverse reaction investigated during the treatment. Conclusion: The therapy of intense pulsed light 420 nm combined with 560 /590 nm has showed remarkable effect on inflammatory acne and acne erythema.
