摘要
随着新医改逐步深入,县级公立医院人才短缺问题日渐突出。加强人才培养是县级公立医院"盘活"现有人才,保障医院可持续发展的重要举措。上海交通大学医学院附属新华医院崇明分院作为县级公立医院,在人才培养方面采取技能型人才培养、优秀青年医师培养、继续医学教育等多项举措,进行了探索和实践,取得了一些成效和经验。
With the deepening of healthcare reform, problem of talent shortage in county level public hospitals is increasingly serious. Strengthening the talent training is an important measure that county level public hospitals "Activate" existing talents and guarantee sustainable development. Xinhua Hospital Chongming Branch is the only county level public hospital in Shanghai, which has carried on the exploration and practice on medical staf 's skill training, young doctor training and continuous education and gained some achievements and experience.
