双孢蘑菇栽培料配方筛选试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 以双孢蘑菇品种w192为试验材料,选用稻草为主的培养料为对照,设置了稻草、麦秸加不同比例的兔粪共4个处理,研究各处理双孢菇栽培过程中菌丝生长情况、鲜菇产量和品质情况。结果表明:处理2(配方:稻草52.5%、麦秸秆30%、兔粪17.5%、尿素0.15%、过磷酸钙1%、石灰1%、石膏1%,C/N为32.85/1)菌丝生长速度快,出菇期集中,初产量和总产量高,蘑菇品质极佳,为最佳处理配方。 The cuhivar Agaricus bisporus w192 was chosen as the test material,and the rice straw compost was used as the comparison.4 treatments of various formulations were studied,including rice straw,wheat straw with different proportional rabbit manure.The growth of hypha, the yield and quality of mush room were observed and calculated.The results indicated that the best formulation was determined as rice straw 52.5% ,wheat straw 30%, rabbit manure 17.5%, urea 0.15%, calcium superphosphate 1%,lime 1%, and gypsum 1%, the C/N was 32.85/1 .Hypha speed of growth was quick, first output and gross product were high,which was the optimum treatment formula among 5 treatments.
