摘要
随着加工原油中硫含量增加和酸值上升,常减压蒸馏装置存在较为严重的腐蚀问题。本文通过对常减压装置原油加工情况及主要存在的腐蚀问题进行分析,并结合其腐蚀机理研究,针对性地提出应对措施及建议。
With the increase of sulfur content and acid value in crude oil, serious corrosion problems at the vacuum distillation unit. Through the analysis of the crude oil processing conditions and the presence of major corrosion problems, combined with the corrosion mechanism, countermeasures and suggestions were putted forward.
