摘要
高酸原油加工过程中高温环烷酸腐蚀问题是困扰炼油装置安全生产和长周期运行的一个主要隐患,影响高温环烷酸腐蚀的因素众多且复杂,以及工程实际问题的复杂性,导致高温环烷酸腐蚀规律、腐蚀预测及控制更加难以掌握。本文综述和分析了低温环烷酸腐蚀、环烷酸类型及其腐蚀性、硫化物和环烷酸腐蚀的交互影响、环烷酸在气/液相的腐蚀规律等方面的研究进展,探讨了高温环烷酸腐蚀预测及选材方面的研究进展和存在的问题,提出了今后在高温环烷酸腐蚀规律和预测研究方面的一些建议。
High temperature Naphthenic acid corrosion is a major problem for the safe and long- period operation of the refining units during high acid crude oils processing, because of the numerous and complex influence factors of naphthenic acid corrosion, and the complexity of engineering practice, it is more difficult to completely understand for mechanism, prediction and controlling of naphthenic acid. Low-temperature naphthenic acid corrosion, types and corrosivity of naphthenic acid, interactions of sulfidic and naphthenic acid corrosion have been summarized and analyzed. Prediction and selection material of naphthenic acid corrosion have been generalized and discussed. In addition, the study on mechanism and controlling of naphthenic acid corrosion in the future is suggested.
