Applications of GPC-PID algorithm in bed temperature control of circulating fluidized bed boilers

摘要 针对循环流化床(CFB)锅炉床温的大惯性、时变性和干扰因素多等特性,提出了一种基于PID的广义预测控制算法(GPC-PID)。GPC算法的控制律采用PID的形式,通过有限时域内的滚动优化,在线调节比例、积分和微分系数,以期达到性能指标的最优化。同时,使算法变得简明,且较大地改善了GPC的控制性能,将其应用于CFB锅炉床温控制中,以仿真验证控制的有效性。结果表明,GPC-PID算法具有优良的设定值跟踪能力和较强的鲁棒性、适应性,具有良好的控制品质。 To deal with the complex features of bed temperature control of circulating fluidized bed boilers, such as large inertia,time-varying and multiple interference factors,a new GPC-PID algorithm combing generalized predictive control (GPC)with PID control was proposed.By applying the PID's structure and through rolling optimization within a limited time domain,the GPC algorithm online regulates the propor-tion coefficient,integration coefficient and differential coefficient to achieve the optimization of the perform-ance indicators.Moreover,the new GPC-PID algorithm is with a small amount of calculation and superior to the GPC algorithm.The new algorithm was applied to bed temperature control of a circulating fluidized bed boiler.The simulation results show this GPC-PID algorithm has excellent setpoint tracking capacity, robustness and adaptability,which has great control quality.
